COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (February 9, 2009) — Averitt Express recently announced it is improving its service to and from Texas with the opening of new locations in four strategic markets.

The new locations are in Amarillo, Wichita Falls, Del Rio and Corpus Christi, and the move will improve transit times in hundreds of lanes in and out of Texas.

Averitt says the move will also strengthen its flexibility in these markets, better enabling it to meet shippers' needs for stronger service in the Lone Star State.
