Terms:

• Rates represent flat charges inclusive of fuel
• Freight must move via Averitt's LTL operation
• Volume shipment rates cannot supercede existing customer pricing agreements
• Shipper live load and consignee live unload upon arrival
• Stop time at pickup and delivery not to exceed 30 minutes at each end
• Shipper and consignee must both have docks accessible to a 53-ft trailer
• Rates apply for shipments occupying 24 linear feet or more of trailer space, up to one full load.
• Governed by the AVRT 100 Rules Tariff and NMF 100 in effect at the time of shipment,
  including any applicable accessorial fees.
• Rates are not applicable if any stopoffs are required in route
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Loads would move as capacity and resources allow
