A-RATE Rating System Help

A-Rate has on-line context-sensitive Help information. At any time, press F1 to display a Help window with specific information about your current location in the system. There is Help information for each menu item, each field and each feature. The Help system has extensive cross-references as well. Press TAB to move the highlight bar to the next available cross-reference, then press ENTER to access that cross-referenced item. You can also access a list of major Help topics from each Help window.
