International documentation requirements vary from country to country. Additional documentation requirements may be necessary based on specific commodites or financial arrangements for the purchase or sale.
Basic document requirements are as follows:
- Shipping or booking order with the following shipment details:
- Shipper Name, Full Address, Phone Number
- Consignee Name, Full Address, Phone Number
- Description of contents of shipment
- Commercial invoice providing a breakdown of products and commercial values
- Packing list containing the complete packing details for the cargo being shipped
- Other documents as may be required by a government agency or to satisfy financial institutions for the purpose of transferring funds.
