Required Documentation for the Shipment:

• Mexico Bill of Lading – obtain a standard BOL form from
  Averitt Express
  
• Commercial Invoice (CCI) – provide 4 copies with shipper’s signature and include the following shipment details for calculation of import duties and taxes to be paid to Customs prior to the shipment’s release.
• Shipper Name, Full Address, Phone Number
• Consignee Name, Full Address, Phone Number
• Description of Contents of Shipment with Commercial

• Shipper’s Export Declaration (S.E.D.) – provide 2 copies for shipments valued at more than US$ 2500 or on commodities requiring an export license.
  
• NAFTA Certificate of Origin – required for all shipments of US or Canadian origin with a value of US$1200 or greater
