Our new site design utilizes pop-up windows for our interactive applications. The applications such as shipment tracing, rates inquiry, pickup request, faxed documents, service standards, and the online customer center are opened in new windows when selected. When you select one of these applications and leave the new window open, then select a second application the second application will open in the same window as the first. This keeps the amount of open windows to a minimum. If you have a pop-up window open and minimized, the following applications that you open will appear in this minimized window. If you are having problems selecting an application and it does not appear on your screen check to see if you have another window open either on the desktop or minimized.

If you experience problems logging in using Netscape we STRONGLY recommend you use Internet Explorer.
